Our speaker was Alan C. Stein, whose main office is located at 479 South Oyster Bay Road, Plainview NY 11803. 
He described various ways for consultants to protect their assets, including: creating a corporate identity, 
divesting assets, errors and omissions insurance coverage, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, placing real 
estate in a Real Estate Holding Corporation, etc.
