Topic - CPR and Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)
I have lots of notes but I hesitate to write them up because of the legal consequences of 
getting something wrong. The demonstrated 1.5 - 2 inch chest compressions seem quite likely 
to break ribs. While this vigorous action may be necessary and advisable to save the life of 
a heart attack victim, the organizations that adopted the new protocols should provide 
published instructions to guide infrequent responders. Perhaps we might want to consider 
purchasing an AED and committing to bringing it to every meeting. Also obtaining and always 
having available concise written instructions on CPR, plus a supply of 325 mg Aspirins.
